Next time you’re at the store, remember ECHO.

September is BPC’s turn to help stock the food pantry at ECHO (Ecumenical Community for Helping Others). ECHO serves families in the Springfield and Burke area with emergency services, including food. Donations may be placed in the bins by the kitchen or brought to church on September 23 for the Food Truck Ruckus. We have filled a truck and trailer with donations the last two years: Let’s do it again. ECHO most needs (items with asterisks are those the pantry is particularly low on): *pancake syrup, *razors, *sugar, *detergent, flour, *toilet paper, *instant potatoes, *children’s toothbrushes, *spaghetti sauce, deodorant, pancake mix, shaving cream, tea, shampoo, coffee, toothpaste, juice (large bottles/cans), facial tissues, and adult/child OTC pain meds.
