Create & Connect is a new once monthly evening opportunity for adults to gather at BPC to be creative and connect with each other. Our first gathering will be Tuesday, August 26 from 7:00-9:00pm in room E4/E5. This aims to be an ongoing opportunity to engage in whatever you like to do, or to explore something new – be it ceramic arts, painting, creative writing, drawing, knitting, doodling, and even puzzling (bring your crosswords!), while sharing the kinds of conversations that don’t usually happen in everyday small talk. With conversation, and practical creativity, this will be a space for those who want to share their joys, laughter, tears, and concerns with more capacity to speak what we feel, while working on a project that is enjoyable. If something in you is longing to be creative, or wondering what it’s all about — or maybe you just feel a need to be seen, heard, or reawakened, we hope you’ll consider joining us. Whether you’re in a transitional period in your life or just moving along with your ordinary routine, we think you’ll find Create & Connect to be transformational.
Bring ANYTHING you’d like to work on or, if you don’t feel creatively inclined, peruse what others are doing and sit down at any table for more info or simply for fellowship.
